Applications considering process

Applications are analyzed by our employees within the framework of ethical rules of conduct, meetings are arranged with the applicants depending on types of applications and they are given recommendations and explanations.

Periods for responding applications

Applications are responded within 10 business days after being received and if any additional analysis is required, applications are responded not later than 20 business days.

Next step in case of objection to response of the application

In case a client is not satisfied with answer of the application, he/she may apply to the court or Central Bank of Azerbaijan Republic at the address stated below as the next step.
