Phone Banking

Rabitabank and Azericard processing centre presents remote banking service – Phone Banking to the clients. Clients will be able to carry out the following operations by using their cards without visiting the Bank or calling an operator of the Call Centre: 

  • Check balance 
  • Block card
  • Decode blocked PIN code
  • Connect SMS notification service 

 

For taking advantages of the service: call (012) 194, select the language, press figure “1” and use the Phone Banking service.

Phone Banking service may be used at any time of the day. 

Note: Client must be previously connected to the SMS notification service or take receipt from ATM (for Internet banking) in order to take advantages of the Phone Banking service.
