Mr. Agayev joined Rabitabank on the second year after its foundation in 1994. Until 1997 he served as Vice Chairman of the Board, and after Zakir Nuriyev became Chairman of Supervisory Board, Mr. Agayev serves as Acting Chairman of the Board. Before joining Rabitabank, Mr. Agayev served at Azinvestbank as Vice Chairman of the Board. Graduated from Azerbaijan State Economic University, Faculty of Finance and Credit.
