2008 - Contract was signed with WBC, US investment company for 5 million USD credit line for 10 years
- Bank became a member of "Contact" fast money transfer system
- Shirvan branch is opened (12th regional and 18th branch in total)
- Shamkir branch is opened (11th regional and 17th branch in total)
- Annual audit report of the bank was held by Deloitte&Touche for the last 4 consecutive years
- Merkez branch is opened (6th Baku and 16th branch in total)
- Rabitabank utilized fully 2nd credit line from International Financial Corporation (IFC)
2007 - Contract signed with International Finance Corporation for 2 mln credit line for SME financing and option to acquire up to 20% of the shares of the bank
- Sabail branch is opened (5th Baku and 15th branch in total)
- Bank became associate member with Visa International Payment System
- Bank became a member of the Deposits Insurance Fund
- Bank became a member of the State Mortgage Fund
- Gusar branch is opened (10-th regional and 14-th branch in total)
- Placement of 5 million USD bonds on European market, Parex Banka acted as arranger on the deal
- Khachmaz branch is opened (9-th regional and 13-th branch in total)
2006 - Bank signed agreement with EBRD for 3 mln USD credit line for SME financing and 1 mln for Trade Finance
- Bank became a member of ADFIMI - Regional Association of Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) in the Member Countries of Islamic Development Bank (IDB)
2005 - Ganja branch is opened (8th regional and 12th branch in total)
- Shamakhi branch is opened (7th regional and 11th branch in total)
- Guba branch is opened (6th regional and 10th branch in total)
2004 - Sheki branch is opened (5th regional and 9th branch in total)
- The Bank became a partner with ICD, private sector arm of Islamic Development Bank
- Nizami branch is opened (4th Baku and 8th branch in total)
- Sahil branch is opened (3rd Baku and 7th branch in total)
2003 - Lenkoran branch is opened (4th regional and 6th branch in total)
- The Bank became a member of State Fund for Entrepreneurs Support
- Nasimi branch is opened (2nd Baku and 5th branch in total)

2002 - The bank joined worldwide network of Western Union payment system
1998 - First credit line agreement signed with International Finance Corporation (IFC)

1997 - The Bank became member of SWIFT
- The Bank became principle member of Europay International (Master Card)
- Nakhchivan branch is opened (1st regional and 2nd branch in total)
1996 - In line with the signed agreement #1/10 Rabitabank has been assigned by the NBA as an agent to deal with short term Treasury Bills in the market
- Rabitabank became a member of the Baku Interbank Exchange
