Rabitabank OJSC controls 100% of shares.

"Azlizinq" MMC was set up by Rabitabank OJSC in May, 2005. To that date charter capital was 245.000.000 manats.

The purpose of the establishment of "Azlizinq" MMC is to support the entrepreneurs in the light of fast developing economy and offer acceptable terms for equipment and fixed assets acquisitions. The company offers professional leasing services to local and international customers in the areas as construction, industry and production, transport and telecommunications, health, production and processing of agricultural products.
