A 2% commission is charged for the withdrawals from the credit line.

    Withdrawal of the funds deposited to credit cards abroad is different as well, there is no new limit for withdrawals, any funds can be withdrawn with a commission. The main difference between the credit and the debit card is that the credit card has a 100-day interest grace period.

    If the customer has his/her own funds on the Kartmane credit card, the deposit interest will be accrued on the Kartmane credit card as on the debit card. The bonus will be accrued if not only the customer’s personal funds, but also the bank’s loan funds are used when the funds are spent. One of the differences between Kartmane credit and debit is the withdrawing terms.

  • Is a credit line or my own fund used when depositing or withdrawing funds from Kartmane credit card?

    When money is deposited to the card of the customer who has used the credit line on his/her Kartmane credit card, the money will be first used to repay the loan debt. The remaining funds will be placed in the customer’s Kartmane account and the interest will be accrued on the customer’s benefit. If the Kartmane card contains funds deposited by the customer, and if the customer wants to use the loan, the amount that the customer wants to use will be first deducted from the customer’s own funds, and after the end of his/her funds is deducted from the credit line and that amount will be considered a loan used by the customer.

    If the loan is used in non-cash, no interest will be charged for the use of the credit line for the next 100 days, starting from the 1st of the month (including the 1st day) in which the loan amount is used. No interest will be charged on the amount used in previous months, if the minimum payment amount is paid from the 1st to the 10th of each subsequent month after the use of the credit line. Currently, the minimum payment amount is 5% of the outstanding debt on the last working day of the month. The minimum payment amount paid will be deducted from the principal amount.

    Example 1: Suppose that in September you used your credit line in the amount of 100 manats in non-cash. If you do not use your card in the following months and make a minimum payment of 5 manats (5% of 100 manats) by the 10th of each subsequent month, you will not pay interest for the use of the credit line until the 10th of December of that year.

    Example 2: Suppose that you used your credit line in the amount of 100 manats in September, 200 manats in October, and 300 manats in November in non-cash. If you pay 5 manats (5% of 100 manats) until the 10th of October, 14,75 manats ((100-5+200)*5%) until November 10, and 29,01 manats ((100-5)+(14.75+200)+300))*5%)  until the 10th of December, no interest will be charged for the use in the credit line until the 10th of December.

  • How much interest is paid for the use of Kartmane credit card in cash?

Card balances can be more than AZN/USD 10 000 on Green Cards and more than AZN/USD 50 000 on Premium Cards, but interest will be accrued only for the mentioned part.

    4% is accrued and added to the balance of Green Kartmane cards in manats and 6% - to the balance of Premium Kartmane cards at the end of the month. And 0,5% will be accrued on the balance of cards in US dollars.

    Perhaps the store or its bank (the bank providing the POS terminal) did not enter the MCC code correctly. Such errors can sometimes occur.

    For example, instead of the MCC code belonging to the petrol station, the MCC code belonging to the supermarkets is entered. MCC codes are assigned based on the type of point of purchase. When the seller inserts the bank card into the POS Terminal for payment, the Bank assigns the MCC code and assigns a code based on it, taking into account the main business direction of the place.

  • Can I look at the expenses in the previous month?
