Card terms and conditions
  • Kartmane Business debit card is issued for a period not exceeding 5 years.
  • A card bank account for the Kartmane Business product was opened in Azerbaijani manats.
  • 4% of annual income is accrued in favor of the client on the balance of funds on the Kartman Business debit card.
  • The minimum balance of funds on the account on which interest will be calculated is 100 manats, and the maximum balance is 10,000 manats.
  • Accrued daily interest is capitalized on the last calendar (or banking day) day of each month, that is, added to the account balance.
  • Accrued interest is automatically added by the system to the balance of the client's account after the tax is deducted from the source of payment and paid to the state budget.
  • If the client wants to accrue interest on the annual income on the card balance, he can refuse the service by clicking the "Activate" button in the corresponding section of the Internet Banking, and if he does not want interest to be charged, he can refuse the service by clicking the "Deactivate" button ".
Card service fee rates
  • The card maintenance fee is charged unilaterally from the card balance by the bank in advance for each subsequent year.
  • Accrued bonuses can be unilaterally directed by the Bank to pay the card maintenance fee.
  • If the service fee is not paid within 3 months in each subsequent year, the card is blocked.
  • Cards that have not paid a service fee within 6 months are closed and canceled.
  • The cost of Kartmane Business debit cards, tariffs for replenishment, conversion and other transactions through ATMs and POS-terminals are determined according to the Tariff Table of Services Provided to Individuals and Legal Entities of Rabitabank OJSC.
  • It is not allowed to pay with a Kartman Business debit card on Internet sites and POS-terminals that organize Card transactions and Gambling.
  • Upon the expiration of the Kartmane Business agreement, the accrual of interest on the balance on the card is terminated and the card is extended for a new period on new terms at the request of the client.
Calculation and capitalization of cashback bonuses

Cashback bonuses for transactions made with Kartmane Business debit cards are accrued as follows:

  • Calculation of cashback bonuses is carried out in accordance with the procedure for calculating the types of cashback "Cashback 1", "Cashback 2" and "Cashback 3", as in the case of Kartmane's debit cards. In the future, according to the decision of the bank, if any changes are made to the payment types of the Kartmane debit card, this change will also apply to the Kartmane Business debit card. The client has the opportunity to choose one of these 3 types of payment.
  • The maximum amount of accrued cashback is 200 AZN per month. Turnover requirements - cash ATMs, Pos Cash, Card to Card, credit and bank payments, transport (except air transport), communications, sweepstakes, state budget and utility payments, except for quasi-cash payments, other payments are taken into account.
  • The client transfers the accrued cashback bonuses to the Kartmane Business debit card linked to the entrepreneur's current account at the beginning of each next month.
  • If the client wants cashback bonuses to be accrued, he can refuse the service by clicking the "Activate" button in the corresponding section of the Rabitabank mobile application, and if he does not want cashback bonuses to be accrued, he can refuse the service by clicking the " Deactivate".
Cashback 1 │ Petrol Stations & Restaurants

(Domestic and international transactions, AZN cards) The maximum monthly cashback amount is 50 AZN.

Calculation procedure:

Petrol station cashback 10% - applied to the amounts spent at gas stations of this turnover, if the total turnover on the card is at least 1000 AZN per month.

⇒ Customers with a turnover of 1000 AZN or more must exclude at least 500 AZN of their transactions from the MCC indicated in the table in order to receive bonuses for spending in petrol station chains.

Petrol station cashback 5% - applied to the amounts spent at petrol stations of this turnover, if the total turnover of the card is at least 250 AZN per month. Customers with a turnover of 250 to 800 manats must exclude at least 50 manats of their transactions from the MCC indicated in the table in order to receive bonuses for spending in petrol station chains.

5% cashback - with a monthly turnover of 800 thousand AZN, along with the amount of 10% cashback earned in PS, the cashback applied to the amounts spent in restaurants is 800 AZN, and for customers whose turnover is higher, at least 450 of their transactions on earning bonuses for spending in petrol station chains, AZN must be excluded from MCC transactions mentioned in the table below.

Note:

⇒ Exceptions for turnover: Cash withdrawals at ATMs, Pos Cash, Card to Card, credit payments, transport (except air), communications, sweepstakes, government and utility payments, quasi-cash payments. Cashback is not credited for transactions made through the Rabitabank Mobile Application.

⇒ To receive a cashback in the amount of 40 AZN - 50 AZN, the average daily balance during this month (average daily balance for the month based on the number of working days) must be at least 150 AZN. Otherwise, the collected cashback is calculated as 40 AZN. “All payments” (domestic and international transactions, AZN cards) the maximum amount of cashback per month is 200 AZN.

Cashback 2 │ All payments

(Domestic and international transactions, AZN cards) The maximum monthly cashback amount is 200 AZN.

Calculation rules: 1% cashback is accrued on all payments made at petrol stations, without a minimum turnover requirement.

1.5% cashback applies to insurance claims.

2% cashback applies to all payments made on other transactions without a minimum turnover requirement.

Notary fees are charged at 1.5% cashback with no minimum turnover requirement.

Cashback 10% Cinema - charged for paying for films without a minimum turnover requirement (cashback amount is not more than 30 AZN)

Cashback 5% Book - calculated without the requirement of a minimum turnover (the amount of cashback is not more than 20 AZN).

Cashback 5% Public transport and train - accrued without limiting the minimum turnover (cashback amount is not more than 20 AZN).

Cashback 5% Hairdressing salon, Beauty salon, SPA - is credited without limiting the minimum turnover (cashback amount is not more than 20 AZN).

Cashback 3 │ Markets and Restaurants

(Domestic and international transactions, AZN cards) The maximum monthly cashback amount is 50 AZN.

Market 2% - cashback is applied to the amounts spent in the markets if the monthly turnover is 300 AZN.

For customers with a turnover of 300 AZN and above, transactions worth at least 50 AZN must be in the exceptions from circulation, gas stations and the Market in order to receive bonuses for spending in market networks.

Market 5% - cashback is applied to the amounts spent in the markets if the monthly turnover is 600 AZN.

For customers with a turnover of 600 AZN and above, transactions in the amount of at least 100 AZN must be excluded from circulation, gas stations and markets in order to receive bonuses for spending in market networks.

Market 5% and Restaurants 5% - Cashback is applied to amounts spent in restaurants, along with 5% cashback earned in markets, if the monthly turnover is 800,000 manat.

For customers with a turnover of 800 AZN and above, transactions in the amount of at least 150 AZN in order to receive bonuses for spending in markets and restaurants must be in other places, except for the turnover of a restaurant, petrol station and market. Operations in the amount of at least 200 AZN on premium cards must be made in other places, except for a circulation, a restaurant, a petrol station and a market.

Exceptions for turnover: Cash withdrawals at ATMs, Pos Cash, Card to Card, credit payments, transport (except air), communications, sweepstakes, government and utility payments, quasi-cash payments. Cashback is not credited for transactions made through the Rabitabank Mobile Application.

Important notes about cashback packages

During the month (from the 5th day of the current month to the 5th day of the next month) you can change any number of options in any direction between "Petrol Stations & Restaurants", "All Payments", "Market & Restaurants" and "Azercell", "Miles" via mobile app. Changes to the tariff package made during the month come into force from the next month. At the first change between the specified packages, the changes in the tariff package take effect immediately. Cards are initially provided to customers with the "All payments" tariff package.

  • The opportunity to change the cashback package for free is provided only once.
  • For each subsequent change, a fee of 4.99 manats is charged. (Regardless of the number of tariff package changes during the month, the service fee is charged once. If the tariff package available at the beginning of the current month and the tariff package at the time of the transition to the next month remain the same, the commission charged for the tariff change during the month , is returned to the client, the 1st time free change is restored when the limit is used.If there are insufficient funds on the account, it is impossible to change the option.
  • The cashback period for the next month continues with the last active option ("Petrol Stations & Restaurants" or "All Payments" or "Market & Restaurants" or "Azercell" or "Miles") of the client.
  • Changes during the month (from the 5th day of the current month to the 5th day of the next month) apply only to the next period.
  • Cashback bonuses will be credited on the last working day of the month and credited to the bonus account from the next month, but in any case no later than the 5th day of the month.
  • When switching from an existing cashback package to another cashback package, the points collected during the current month are calculated according to the type of cashback that is switched (your new choice). Existing points that do not meet the conditions of the new cashback package will be reset.

  • Within a month (from the 5th day of the current month to the 5th day of the next month), if the subscriber switches from the “Petrol Stations & Restaurants”, “All Payments”, “Market & Restaurants” packages to the “Azercell” or “Miles” package through a mobile application, earned points will be credited to the card account automatically.
  • When switching from "Azercell" or "Miles" packages to "Gas Stations&Restaurants", "All Payments", "Market&Restaurants" packages, earned points (miles) are transferred within a month to Azercell minutes/Internet package within "Miles" and "Air ticket" packages , "hotel" and "car rental" must be paid and changed. Earned points (miles) can be transferred to "Azercell Minutes/Azercell Internet Package" package within "Azercell" package or to pay for "air ticket", "hotel" or "car rental" within "Miles" package at the exchange rate 1/ 50, if not changed, is transferred to the cashback package. Points (miles) earned when switching between "Azercell" and "Miles" packages are transferred to the new package as is. Bonuses earned over 5,000 miles (provided by the bank only) will be canceled when the miles earned are transferred from the Miles package to other Cashback packages. When switching from “Petrol Stations & Restaurants”, “All Payments”, “Markets & Restaurants” packages to “Azercell” or “Miles” packages and vice versa, the transferred cashback package will be credited until it takes effect, and the remaining points (miles) will be a new Cashback for the basis of the above calculation. When using Cashback packages, unused points (miles) during the month or remaining points (miles) after use are transferred to the following months. Upon expiration of the card, points (miles) accrued under Cashback packages are canceled if the card is not renewed. Points (miles) earned during payments are canceled when the refund is processed.

Ability to switch between packages for cashback accrual:

  • From 05/01/2022, cashback is credited only on the first ordered (active) card.
  • Starting from 05/01/2022, cashback will not be credited for 2 or more MC World/Visa Rewards (green debit) plastic cards purchased with the new AZN currency.
  • From 05/01/2022, cashback accrual on 2 or more debit plastic cards MC World / Visa Rewards (green) will be accrued only on 1 (one) card, determined at the choice of the client (This rule applies to existing cards and those purchased with the new currency AZN ).
  • Within a month (from the 1st to the 31st of the current month), the client can change the cashback accrual from one card to other cards once through the Call Center.

Changes made during the month will take effect from the following month:

  • The ability to change the cashback package for free when using the card for the first time.
  • For each next time, a commission of 5 manats is charged. (It is not possible to change the package if there are not enough funds on the account).
  • Changes during the month apply only to the next period (from the 1st day of the month).

Validity of cashback bonuses:

Bonuses are accrued not from the date of the client's transaction, which is the basis for the bonus accrual, but from the date the transaction is reflected in the internal system of the bank. If the write-off in connection with the operations carried out for the current month is carried out within the first 3 working days of the next month, in this case, bonuses will be accrued for the current month. Bonuses will be calculated for the next month if the deletion for the current month is received after the first 3 business days of the next month. Trades that are suspended, incomplete or canceled for any reason will not be credited, and accrued bonuses will be cancelled. Bonuses accumulated before the last day of the year (before the end of the day on December 31) are reset to zero if they are not used by the end of March 1 of the next year.
