Cashback 1 - PS & Restaurants
up to 10%

Petrol Station 10% cashback - applies to the sums spent in PS of that turnover in case of a total card turnover of at least 1000 AZN per month. Customers with a turnover of 1000 AZN and more must have at least 500 AZN of their transactions in order to earn bonuses for spending in PS networks, except for Circulation exceptions and PS.

PS 5% Cashback - applies to the sums spent in PS of that turnover if the total card turnover is at least 250 AZN per month. Customers with a turnover between AZN 250-800 must exclude at least AZN 50 of their transactions on Green cards from MCCs mentioned in the table in order to earn bonuses for spending in PS networks. Premium cards must have transactions of at least AZN 100, Exclusions on Circulation and PS elsewhere.

Restaurants 5% cashback - cashback applied to amounts spent in restaurants at the same time as the 10% cashback earned in PS, if the monthly turnover is AZN 800,000. In order to earn bonuses for spending in PS networks for customers with a turnover of 800 AZN and more, at least 450 AZN of transactions on Green or Premium cards must be excluded from transactions on MCCs listed in the table below.

In order to receive 40 AZN - 50 AZN cashbacks, the average daily balance during that month (the average daily balance for a month based on the number of working days) must be at least 150 AZN. Otherwise, the collected cashbacks are calculated as 40 AZN.

  • Cashback 1% on all payments made at petrol stations, no minimum turnover requirement;
  • 1.5% cashback on insurance payments;
  • 2% cashback on all payments on other transactions, no minimum turnover requirement;
  • Notary fees are charged at 1.5% cashback with no minimum turnover requirement.
  • Cashback 10% Cinema - charged for paying for films without a minimum turnover requirement (cashback amount is not more than 30 AZN)

  • Cashback 5% Book - calculated without the requirement of a minimum turnover (the amount of cashback is not more than 20 AZN).

  • Cashback 5% Public transport and train - accrued without limiting the minimum turnover (cashback amount is not more than 20 AZN).

  • Cashback 5% Hairdressing salon, Beauty salon, SPA - is credited without limiting the minimum turnover (cashback amount is not more than 20 AZN).

Cashback 3 - Markets and Restaurants
up to 5%

Market 2% - cashback applied to amounts spent in markets if the monthly turnover is AZN 300,000. To earn bonuses for spending in Market networks for customers with a turnover of 300 AZN and above, transactions in the amount of at least 50 AZN must be in Circulation exceptions, PS and Market in other places. Transactions in the amount of at least 100 AZN on premium cards must be made in other places, except for circulation, PS and Market.

Market 5% - cashback applied to the amounts spent in Markets if the monthly turnover is 600 AZN. For customers with turnover of 600 AZN and above, transactions of at least 100 AZN must be in Circulation exceptions, PS and Market elsewhere to earn bonuses for spending in Market networks. Transactions in the amount of at least 150 AZN on premium cards must be in other places, except for circulation, PS and Market.

Market 5% and Restaurants 5% - if the monthly turnover is AZN 800,000, the cashback applied to the amounts spent in restaurants at the same time as the 5% cashback amount earned in Markets. For customers with a turnover of 800 AZN and above, transactions in the amount of at least 150 AZN in order to earn bonuses for spending in the Market and Restaurant chains must be in other places, except for Circulation exceptions, Restaurant, PS and Market. Transactions in the amount of at least 200 AZN on premium cards must be made in other places, except for circulation, Restaurant, PS and Market.

  • Cashback 1 AZN = 0.75 points is calculated for notary fees without minimum turnover requirement.
  • Cinema 1 AZN = 5 points Cashback - is calculated for movie payments without a minimum turnover requirement (cash back amount max 30 AZN = 1500 points)

  • Book 1 AZN = 2.50 points Cashback - is calculated for book payments without a minimum turnover requirement (cash back amount max 20 AZN = 1000 points).

  • Public Transport 1 AZN = 2.50 points Cashback - is calculated for public transport and train payments without a minimum turnover requirement (cash back amount max 20 AZN = 1000 points).

  • Barber, Beauty salons, Spa 1 AZN=2.50 points Cashback - is calculated for Barber, Beauty salons, Spa payments without minimum turnover requirement (cash back amount max 20 AZN=1000 points).

  • Within a month (from the 5th day of the current month to the 5th day of the next month), if the client switches from the “Gas stations and restaurants”, “All payments” and “Markets and restaurants” packages to the “Azercell” package via Rabita Mobile, earned points will be credited to the AZN card account automatically transferred as
  • When switching from “Azercell” package to “Gas Stations & Restaurants”, “All Payments” and “Markets & Restaurants” packages within a month, earned points must be exchanged for “Azercell Call Minutes/Internet” package within “Azercell” package. If it is not changed, it goes into the cashback package, which switches at the rate of 1/50.
  • When using the Azercell package, points earned on the basis of cashback interest rates established in accordance with the agreement reached with the partner networks of the bank are awarded in the amount of 50 times.

  • Book 1 AZN = 2.50 mil Cashback - is calculated for book payments without a minimum turnover requirement (cash back amount max 20 AZN = 1000 mil).

  • Public Transport 1 AZN=2.50 miles Cashback - is calculated for public transport and train payments without a minimum turnover requirement (cash back amount max 20 AZN=1000 miles).

  • Barber, Beauty salons, Spa 1 AZN=2.50 miles Cashback - is calculated for Barber, Beauty salons, Spa payments without minimum turnover requirement (cash back amount max 20 AZN=1000 miles).

  • The miles earned under the "Cashback-5" package are valid for 24 months from the date of collection.
  • It is possible to exchange the spent funds for MILES within 30 days after making the relevant expenses (air ticket, hotel and rent a car payment) for the "Cashback-5" package.
  • Calculation form to exchange miles for any means of payment (air ticket, hotel and rent a car payment): 1 AZN=50 MILES
  • During the first three months from the date of purchase of the "Cashback-5" package, if AZN 3,000 is spent in just one of the three months, the customer will receive 1,500 miles as a gift. 1,500 miles earned as a gift during the use of the "Cashback-5" package are fully or partially deleted from the customer's miles account balance when switching from the "Cashback-5" package to other "Cashback" packages within 12 months from the date of acquisition. If there are not enough miles in the customer's miles balance, the customer is not charged additional fees and commissions.
Cashback 5 - Miles
Calculation rules for USD, EUR cards
  • Holders of Kartmane debit cards whose currencies are USD and EUR will receive a 0.5% cashback for every transaction they make with Kartmane.
  • There is NO maximum monthly cashback amount for Kartmane Credit (cards in USD and EUR).
  • Cashback is not credited for Kartmane Debit cards in foreign currency - USD and EUR - in the bank's partner network.

**Note: All other payments, except for cashing out at an ATM, cash in POS and from card to card, credit payments, transport (except for air transportation), communications, utility and government payments are an exception. for all other payments, cashback will be credited according to the currency of the card. Cashback is not credited for transactions made through the Rabitabank Mobile Application.

Calculation rules for USD, EUR cards
Important Notes

During the month (from the 5th day of the current month to the 5th day of the next month) you can change any number of options in any direction between "Petrol Stations & Restaurants", "All Payments", "Market & Restaurants" and "Azercell", "Miles" via mobile app. Changes to the tariff package made during the month come into force from the next month. At the first change between the specified packages, the changes in the tariff package take effect immediately. Cards are initially provided to customers with the "All payments" tariff package.

  • The opportunity to change the cashback package for free is provided only once.
  • For each subsequent change, a fee of 4.99 manats is charged. (Regardless of the number of tariff package changes during the month, the service fee is charged once. If the tariff package available at the beginning of the current month and the tariff package at the time of the transition to the next month remain the same, the commission charged for the tariff change during the month , is returned to the client, the 1st time free change is restored when the limit is used.If there are insufficient funds on the account, it is impossible to change the option.
  • The cashback period for the next month continues with the last active option ("Petrol Stations & Restaurants" or "All Payments" or "Market & Restaurants" or "Azercell" or "Miles") of the client.
  • Changes during the month (from the 5th day of the current month to the 5th day of the next month) apply only to the next period.
  • Cashback bonuses will be credited on the last working day of the month and credited to the bonus account from the next month, but in any case no later than the 5th day of the month.
  • When switching from an existing cashback package to another cashback package, the points collected during the current month are calculated according to the type of cashback that is switched (your new choice). Existing points that do not meet the conditions of the new cashback package will be reset.
  • Within a month (from the 5th day of the current month to the 5th day of the next month), if the subscriber switches from the “Petrol Stations & Restaurants”, “All Payments”, “Market & Restaurants” packages to the “Azercell” or “Miles” package through a mobile application, earned points will be credited to the card account automatically.
  • When switching from "Azercell" or "Miles" packages to "Gas Stations&Restaurants", "All Payments", "Market&Restaurants" packages, earned points (miles) are transferred within a month to Azercell minutes/Internet package within "Miles" and "Air ticket" packages , "hotel" and "car rental" must be paid and changed. Earned points (miles) can be transferred to "Azercell Minutes/Azercell Internet Package" package within "Azercell" package or to pay for "air ticket", "hotel" or "car rental" within "Miles" package at the exchange rate 1/ 50, if not changed, is transferred to the cashback package. Points (miles) earned when switching between "Azercell" and "Miles" packages are transferred to the new package as is. Bonuses earned over 5,000 miles (provided by the bank only) will be canceled when the miles earned are transferred from the Miles package to other Cashback packages. When switching from “Petrol Stations & Restaurants”, “All Payments”, “Markets & Restaurants” packages to “Azercell” or “Miles” packages and vice versa, the transferred cashback package will be credited until it takes effect, and the remaining points (miles) will be a new Cashback for the basis of the above calculation. When using Cashback packages, unused points (miles) during the month or remaining points (miles) after use are transferred to the following months. Upon expiration of the card, points (miles) accrued under Cashback packages are canceled if the card is not renewed. Points (miles) earned during payments are canceled when the refund is processed.

Ability to switch between packages for cashback accrual:

  • From 05/01/2022, cashback is credited only on the first ordered (active) card.
  • Starting from 05/01/2022, cashback will not be credited for 2 or more MC World/Visa Rewards (green debit) plastic cards purchased with the new AZN currency.
  • From 05/01/2022, cashback accrual on 2 or more debit plastic cards MC World / Visa Rewards (green) will be accrued only on 1 (one) card, determined at the choice of the client (This rule applies to existing cards and those purchased with the new currency AZN ).
  • Within a month (from the 1st to the 31st of the current month), the client can change the cashback accrual from one card to other cards once through the Call Center.

Changes made during the month will take effect from the following month:

  • The ability to change the cashback package for free when using the card for the first time.
  • For each next time, a commission of 5 manats is charged. (It is not possible to change the package if there are not enough funds on the account).
  • Changes during the month apply only to the next period (from the 1st day of the month).

Validity of cashback bonuses:

Bonuses are accrued not from the date of the client's transaction, which is the basis for the bonus accrual, but from the date the transaction is reflected in the internal system of the bank. If the write-off in connection with the operations carried out for the current month is carried out within the first 3 working days of the next month, in this case, bonuses will be accrued for the current month. Bonuses will be calculated for the next month if the deletion for the current month is received after the first 3 business days of the next month. Trades that are suspended, incomplete or canceled for any reason will not be credited, and accrued bonuses will be cancelled. Bonuses accumulated before the last day of the year (before the end of the day on December 31) are reset to zero if they are not used by the end of March 1 of the next year.

Tariffs for Kartmane services:

The service fee for each subsequent year on the card is charged by the bank unilaterally from the remaining amount of the card. Accrued bonuses can be unilaterally directed by the Bank to pay the card maintenance fee. In each subsequent year, if the service fee is not paid within 3 months, the card is blocked (the card is released from blocking only after payment of the service fee). Cards that have not paid a service fee within 6 months are closed and canceled.

For a Kartmane card opened for the purpose of transferring savings interest, no commission is charged during the interest transfer period. Points on the card account not reflected in these terms and conditions will be regulated in accordance with the "Tariff table of transactions with payment cards" available as of the current date.

The Client can stop the accrual of interest on the Kartmane account by contacting the relevant branch / branch of the bank, and if the Bank offers it, using the digital banking service offered by the Bank, and resume accruing interest again in the same way.

  • Through the payment terminals, through the Kartmane card and current account of Individuals in cash (only in AZN currency). The assigned limit is adjusted based on the customer's FIN code.
