    For example, if you spend 100 AZN on purchases in supermarkets, 100 AZN on gas stations and 100 AZN on air tickets during the month, you will receive cashback in the amount of 5 AZN at the end of the month (5% of 100 manats).

    Pay attention to the fact that not less than 10% of the turnover, which is necessary to get 5% Cashback at gas stations, must make the payment, not related to gasoline.

    Interests are accrued on the funds balance in Kartmane if the minimum balance in the account is AZN/USD 100, the maximum is AZN/USD 10 000 in Green Kartmanes and AZN/USD 50 000 in Premium Kartmanes. The amount of interests accrued on the balance is transferred to the card account on the last calendar day of each month. Card balances can be more than AZN/USD 10 000 on Green Cards and more than AZN/USD 50 000 on Premium Cards, but interest will be accrued only for the mentioned part.

    4% is accrued and added to the balance of Green Kartmane cards in manats and 6% - to the balance of Premium Kartmane cards at the end of the month. And 0,5% will be accrued on the balance of cards in US dollars.

  • Is commission charged when transferring money from the salary card to the Kartmane card?

  • How to get free access to business lounges at airports with Kartmane?

  • Although I made payment at a petrol station with Kartmane, I didn’t earn cashback for this. Why?

    Perhaps the store or its bank (the bank providing the POS terminal) did not enter the MCC code correctly. Such errors can sometimes occur.

    For example, instead of the MCC code belonging to the petrol station, the MCC code belonging to the supermarkets is entered. MCC codes are assigned based on the type of point of purchase. When the seller inserts the bank card into the POS Terminal for payment, the Bank assigns the MCC code and assigns a code based on it, taking into account the main business direction of the place.
