Yes. Card-to-card operation is possible from a Rabitabank card to a foreign card.

Cash withdrawal via Rabitabank ATM and POS terminals:

Cash withdrawal via ATM and POS terminals of other local financial institutions:

• ATM – 1%, min. 3 AZN/USD/EUR
• POS – 1.5%, min. 5 AZN/USD/EUR

Cash withdrawal via ATM and POS terminals of the foreign financial institutions:

• ATM – 1%, min. 3 AZN/USD/EUR
• POS – 1.5%, min. 5 AZN/USD/EUR

Annual service fee (for 1 year):

• For MC World Kartmane Non-Resident card – 50 AZN/USD/EUR

• For MC Black Edition Kartmane Non-Resident card – 299 AZN / 199 USD/EUR

• For Visa Infinite card – 399 AZN, 299 USD/EUR

Note: If the card is lost, a service fee must be paid to purchase a new card.

You can obtain a Kartmane card for non-residents at any branch of the Rabitabank.

• Interest rate (annual) calculated on the balance of funds in Kartmane for Non-Residents: 4% AZN 
• The minimum amount for which interest will be calculated on each card: 100 AZN
• The maximum amount for which interest will be calculated on each card: 10,000 AZN
• Capitalization: Monthly capitalization with daily interest calculation (Added on the first working day of each following month).

• Conversion commission for payments made in foreign currencies: 0.5%
• SMS Alert Service: 5 AZN (monthly)
• PIN Change and PIN Erase Services: Free
• Kartmane Debit owners can use their safes for free for 1 month.

• Through payment terminals with Kartmane card and current account of individuals in cash (only in AZN currency). The assigned limit is adjusted based on the customer's FIN code.
• Free when depositing up to AZN 3,000 per month
• 0.3% for every contribution over AZN 3,000 per month
