Rabitabank and Mingachevir State University signed a Memorandum of Cooperation

Rabitabank OJSC and Mingachevir State University signed a memorandum on mutual cooperation. The memorandum was signed by Aydin Huseynov, Chairman of the Management Board of Rabitabank OJSC, and Anar Eminov, Rector of the university.

The main purpose of the document is to strengthen relations between the education and banking sectors, enrich theoretical knowledge with practical experience, and support the preparation of young people in line with the requirements of the modern labor market. Within this cooperation, the parties will pay special attention to the application of innovative approaches, the promotion of digital transformation processes, and the expansion of knowledge exchange in modern banking.

As part of the cooperation, initiatives aimed at increasing financial literacy among young people are planned. These steps will contribute to preparing university graduates for the labor market, improving their practical knowledge and skills, and supporting their future career success.

For Rabitabank OJSC, cooperation with educational institutions is one of the strategic priorities. The bank aims to support the development of the younger generation through continuous projects in this area.
