| Project requirements |
- The technical and financial feasibility study of the project must be submitted;
- An energy audit must be conducted or an independent expert opinion must be provided;
- The project must ensure at least 20% energy savings;
- Building projects must be prepared in accordance with minimum energy efficiency standards;
- For production projects, the maximum payback period must be considered as 15 years;
- When purchasing new equipment, an increase of more than 100% of the existing capacity must not be planned
