• The technical and financial feasibility study of the project must be submitted;

• The project must ensure at least 20% energy savings;
• Building projects must be prepared in accordance with minimum energy efficiency standards;
• For production projects, the maximum payback period must be considered as 15 years;
• When purchasing new equipment, an increase of more than 100% of the existing capacity must not be planned
